Program For Learning

Year 7-10 Classroom
Monday-Thursday (12:15-15:30)
Higher Education is a structured classroom program for secondary students (Years 7–10) based at Mount Hotham during Term 3. Run by qualified teacher Nick Higginson, the program operates four afternoons a week (Monday–Thursday, 12:15–3:30pm) from the Jack Frost Restaurant space, providing 13 hours of classroom time per week.
Students follow their home school curriculum with full teacher support, after-hours assistance, and pastoral care included — all designed to keep athletes on track academically while making the most of their time on the mountain.
Nick also offers Term 2 remote tutoring ($1,150 for 10 sessions) to build a working relationship with students ahead of the winter.
